Herro.
I am so excited to share this experience with you all. I had such a great time in NYC! So much, that I'm pretty sure that a part of RissRose is still there. Although I was only there for a short span of 2 nights, I did enough to cover a week. This was my second trip to NY. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. For more than one reason of course! So much visual stimulation! I couldn't get enough. I can't wait to go back!
Enjoy my view..
I stayed at The Standard in the meat packing district. SO DOPE.
Outside my hotel.
The view from 7 floors up. I was waving at the people walking and they were waving back! This hotel is known for that. I could be naked and everyone would be able to see! HAHA!
I must have this RISSROSE loveseat!
Shopping at BBC. I shoulda taken a pic of the ice cream sandwich seat i was sitting on!
Friendship bracelets from LINKS
If you follow me on twitter, you'll recognize this pic. My first pair of red bottoms. I LOVE SHOES. I can't help it. They almost make me as happy as food does...
Little snack in the spot downstairs of The Standard. Tomato soup and of course a skinny b*tch. (My drink of choice. Bacardi/diet. No carbs. No calories)
Although it was drizzling outside, I curled my hair. This was me right before my first BROADWAY SHOW.
In a cab ride to see Billy Elliot on Broadway. I rocked my Jeffery Campbell shoes that I got from Karmaloop.com They are so comfy although they don't look like it.
Smile for the camera!
These kids were like 10 years old and stars of the show. I was really inspired by this production. Kids on Broadway. My first show and I was blown away!
Food+view+great company= Happy RissRose
The Standard Grill on my last day...
Tried to focus on the fries, but that didn't really go as planned. But still a good pic! HAHA
SPA DAY! Flight didn't leave till late, So I was spoiled with a massage. This was at Soho NY boutique hotel since The Standard didn't have a spa. I had the best time in NY and was so grateful to experience these fruits..
After spa, headed to Central Park. I had never been before, so I was so excited! Cab rides were the best!! Lots of laughs in those cab rides...
My favorite pic! This was in the middle of the Puerto Rican parade. Never seen sooo much booty in my life!
I have so many more pics, but this post took forever!! LOL Traveling is so satisfying! I never traveled before in my life. I don't even have a passport. I'm afraid to get one honestly. Serious. I don't think I'd ever come home. I'd take the kids just to see the world and probably end up in the Phillipines with my Nana and be a beach bumb. HAHA.
Anywho, I hope you enjoyed my pictures. Once again I am happy to share this life experience. NY had so much to look at and I had the most wonderful time. Lots of food! I think I packed on some LBS while I was there, my uniform was snug when I got back.
PEACE LOVE AND LIPGLOSS
